Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The January Sale offer (“the Offer”) applies exclusively to shutter products supplied and/or installed by Reynolds Blinds.
1.2 The Offer is available to retail customers only and does not apply to trade accounts, commercial contracts, or wholesale orders.

2. Offer Period

2.1 The Offer is valid for orders placed between 1 January and 31 January inclusive (“the Offer Period”).
2.2 Orders placed outside the Offer Period will not qualify for the Offer, regardless of any prior quotations, surveys, or consultations.

3. Products Included / Excluded

3.1 The Offer applies only to qualifying shutter ranges as specified by Reynolds Blinds at the time of purchase.
3.2 All other product categories, including but not limited to blinds, curtains, awnings, accessories, and installation-only services, are excluded from the Offer.
3.3 The Offer cannot be transferred to, or applied against, non-shutter items.

4. Half-Price Shutter Promotion

4.1 Where the Offer includes a half-price shutter, the discount will be applied to the smallest shutter by measured area within the order.
4.2 Measurement is based on the final confirmed survey sizes used for manufacturing.
4.3 The half-price discount applies to one shutter only per qualifying order, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Reynolds Blinds.
4.4 The half-price shutter must be from the same qualifying shutter range as the remainder of the order.

5. Discounts & Pricing

5.1 Discount levels, where applicable, will be clearly stated in promotional materials and may vary by shutter range.
5.2 Discounts apply to the shutter product price only, unless otherwise stated. Installation charges, delivery fees, and optional extras may be excluded.
5.3 Quotations issued before the Offer Period are not automatically eligible; a new quotation may be required to receive the Offer.

6. Order Requirements

6.1 To qualify, a valid order must include a signed agreement and payment of any required deposit within the Offer Period.
6.2 Failure to pay the deposit or to provide required measurements, confirmations, or design approvals within the Offer Period may result in loss of eligibility.

7. Exclusions & Limitations

7.1 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or loyalty scheme unless explicitly stated.
7.2 The Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
7.3 Reynolds Blinds reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or replace the Offer at any time without prior notice.

8. Cancellations & Amendments

8.1 If an order is cancelled, any refund will be subject to Reynolds Blinds’ standard cancellation policy and the Offer will no longer apply.
8.2 If an order is amended after placement and the amendment results in products no longer qualifying for the Offer, the discount may be removed or recalculated accordingly.

9. Installation & Lead Times

9.1 All installation dates are subject to product availability and installation scheduling capacity.
9.2 The Offer does not imply priority manufacturing or installation.

10. Liability

10.1 Reynolds Blinds is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the order is placed within the United Kingdom.
