We expect our products to provide functional reliability and a long lifetime, and with this in mind we to give a high quality warranty with every product.

2 year warranty on battery operated motors.
5 year warranty on mains operated motor and controllers (except controller batteries)

Warranty conditions

Our guarantee covers both supply only and installed products. If products were supplied on a supply only basis the product will need to be returned to Reynolds for inspection/repair. If products were installed we offer an on site service.

The guarantee is subject to the products being installed correctly and used for the job they are designed for. Excluded is normal wear and tear, user damage such as spills on fabrics and incorrect operation a product. In the event of a disagreement over the performance of a product, the British Blind and Shutter Association guidance will be consulted. Their guides are displayed on our website - just click here

The guarantee period normally starts when the products are supplied, however if there is a delay in installation not cause by Reynolds the guarantee starts at the time that the customer is advised that the product is ready. The guarantee only extends to the products supplied. Reynolds do not cover any consequential losses.
