The powder coated case is the real star here. In maxi size, the case offers a mini roof feature, which can house spotlights and offers shade even when the blind is away. The mini version retains all of the blind features, but has a smaller rear section and is ideal for smaller sizes.
The front of the awning is another real talking point, with a built in signature LED lighting feature that is hidden behind a coloured Perspex cover. The light can be chosen to match the awning cover or any other feature colour in your garden scheme.
But this awning is not all show and no go. Inside the stunning exterior hides legendary Markilux engineering, enabling this awning to go up to 7m wide and project up to 4m.
The awning cover is available in a huge array of patterned or plain fabrics, many of which are available with the patented SNC self cleaning coating which is highly resistant to dirt and is cleaned by simply spraying the cover lightly with a hose. The case is also available in 7 different colours that can be selected to co-ordinate with the fabric or with your house features such as patio furniture, window frames etc.
This awning is electrically operated as standard, and we always recommend adding a wind sensor to automatically retract the blind if the wind is likely to damage it. It is also available with additional hidden lighting, remote control infra red heaters and Shadeplus adjustable front valance.

Spotlights can be fitted into the front profile of the awning to light your patio in a stylish way that cannot be replicated with traditional wall lights.
Adjustable Shadeplus Valance
An adjustable, roller blind valance can be built into the front of the blind which can be raised and lowered to provide different levels of shade when needed. Available as manual or electrical operation.
Remote Control as Standard
All Reynolds awnings come as standard with remote operation. This opening and closing the blind, but also for operation of lights and Shadeplus if specified.

At Reynolds we teamed with Markilux as we were hugely impressed by the design, engineering and strength of the products. We have supplied and installed awning for over 15 years and the Markilux products are by far the best we have used to date. The engineering is clearly German with things such as stainless steel fixings being used throughout the product, but the styling is beautiful to behold too. And being deigned and manufactured in a country that is on a similar latitude line to Britain, you know that they have been made to stand up to similar weather that we get here unlike the cheap alternative that are available online.
All Markilux awning are covered with 5 year warranty and are fitted by our own experts. We are fully equipped with special Markilux hoists designed to safely lift the heaviest product into place. We will fully test and commission your blind, including adjusting the pitch which is the slope of the awning. But if you then find that the awning needs adjusting, give us a call as your first adjustment is complimentary.
